Return and Refund Policy

A user may claim a refund for his/her purchase if s/he fails to connect to and execute the activity/activities offered to him/her only due to any fault of or any technical interference occurring at server for which site is down or unreachable. For any refund claim, a user must communicate the issue to the emails printed in the footer of the site's home page mentioning the details including date and time as well as the modality of the payment of refund. (ETech IDEA) authority will verify the claim and payment modality, and for a valid claim, the authority will start to execute the refund activity within 15 days after receipt of the claim.
